Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order products may require additional production time. Estimated production and shipping timeframes will be provided on the applicable product page.
Production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, supply chain, carrier, or other unexpected delays.
Once production begins, Pre-Order and Made-to-Order purchases may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Namaste Warriors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier’s terms and procedures.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
Namaste Warriors will assist when reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Claims for lost or damaged packages may require cooperation with the applicable carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Namaste Warriors is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for fees resulting from refused or unclaimed international shipments.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within the period stated in our Return Policy.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items marked Final Sale, Pre-Order, Made-to-Order, customized, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
